I ordered socks for age 1 - 3. Despite the product still being advertised as available, I received an e mail informing me that they were sold out. It was a few days before the website was updated.They had taken my money so offered a refund or an alternative. Nothing in the age group I wanted, I chose a pair for an older grandson. They were posted immediately but were the wrong ones!I e mailed, received an apology and the promise that the correct item would be sent with a return label for said incorrect socks.I am self isolating in a village where our paost office closed a few years ago. They will be returned when I am able to do so.

Once bedded in these slippers are our luxury. Very warm and fit to your feet. Will buy again. Great for popping outside with waterproof hard soles.

The men’s gloves I ordered for my husband were slightly on the small side even though I ordered a large. You don’t to XL in all styles only some. This a little disappointing. Your products on the whole are good quality and very warm - please don’t change that. Thank you.

Excellent quality

My mum loves Totes Toasties and often asks for some for Christmas. Unfortunately some of the pairs I sent her this year did not match!I don't understand this. Revisiting the website, there was no reason to expect this though some displays were of 2 socks and others of single socks. When I ordered pairs, I expected them to match!!!

After finding the perfect fit of slippers I am very disappointed as my husbands foot is already coming through the side. There are already several big holes in the suede.
